NO CANCELLATIONS allowed after booking a reservation for tickets. Reschedules are permitted 6 or more days prior to the sail date. We reserve the right to cancel ticketed sails due to weather or minimal reservations. Should we need do so, you will be offered the choice to reschedule your sail or receive 100% of your ticket. Please make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure in order to check in and sign Liability Waivers with our representative at the dock. If you “miss the boat” there is no refund. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any missed sails due to missed or revised travel arrangements. Don’t forget that traffic and parking can be difficult in Newport!
Weather Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any sail. The decision to sail will be made by our Captain. Due to rapidly changing weather conditions in New England, the decision to sail or not may sometimes be made only minutes prior to the departure time or even during a sail. In the event that we cancel your sail, you will be offered a chance to reschedule, or issued a full refund. If your sail time is shortened due to the weather we will prorate your ticket cost back to you, or offer another full sail, which ever you prefer.
Sailing Policies
The captains will have complimentary water/seltzer on board for guests.
You are welcome to bring your own beverages on board (soda, beer, white wine, hard seltzer).
No hard alcohol or red wine permitted on board.
No smoking, vaping, or drug use permitted on board.
No pets permitted on board.
No strollers permitted on board.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with the authority to sign for the minor.
We will sail rain/shine, so please watch the weather and bring appropriate gear on board. We are able to stow any uneeded gear/bags down below.
