Reservation & Cancellation Policy
All ticket reservations are final. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once your reservation is confirmed.
Reschedules are allowed only if requested at least 6 days prior to your scheduled sail date.
We reserve the right to cancel any sail due to weather conditions or minimal ticket sales. In such cases, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Arrival & Check-In
Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure to check in and sign liability waivers with our dock representative.
Missed departures ("missing the boat") are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for missed sails due to traffic, parking, or changes to your travel plans. Keep in mind that parking in Newport can be challenging—please allow extra time.
Weather Cancellations
The decision to sail is made solely at the discretion of the Captain and may be made just minutes before departure, or even during a sail, due to rapidly changing New England weather.
If we cancel your sail due to weather, you may choose to reschedule or receive a 100% refund.
If your sail is cut short due to weather, we will either prorate your ticket for a partial refund or offer a full replacement sail—whichever you prefer.
Sailing Policies
Complimentary water and seltzer will be available on board.
You are welcome to bring your own beverages, including beer, white wine, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Hard alcohol and red wine are not permitted on board.
Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
Pets and strollers are not allowed on board.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is authorized to sign a liability waiver on their behalf.
Our sails are not intended for children under 5. We recommend our experiences for ages 5 and up.
Please Note:
We sail rain or shine, so please check the forecast and dress accordingly.
Extra bags or gear can be safely stowed below deck during the sail.
